BARTEK Real Estates core strategy centres on the acquisition of residential assets within the emerging PRS market in Poland. 

Given the nascent stage of the PRS market in the country and the current scarcity of available dry assets, our approach is to identify and procure early-stage projects that are in the pre-development phase that are tailored and designed for the specific needs of modern and local tenants in PRS development using our targeted strategy and in-depth local knowledge.
